Warranty

Every Volta phone, laptop, tablet, audio product, watch and smart-home device comes with a 2-year Volta warranty. Accessories such as chargers, cables, cases and Pods Lite have a 1-year warranty. Check each product’s specifications for its exact warranty.

What is covered

• Manufacturing faults in hardware, including the battery if it falls below 80% capacity within the warranty.
• Free repair or replacement, with a free pickup and return across Saudi Arabia.
• A loan phone or laptop while yours is being repaired (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam).

What is not covered

• Accidental damage such as cracked screens or liquid damage — available through Volta Care+.
• Normal wear like scratches on cases.

Volta Care+

Add Volta Care+ within 30 days of purchase to extend your warranty to 3 years and cover two accidental damage repairs. SAR 199 for phones and tablets, SAR 349 for laptops.
