Changed your mind? You can return or exchange most products within 14 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Unopened products in their original sealed packaging: full refund, no questions asked.
- Opened products that are in perfect condition with all accessories: refund minus a 10% restocking fee, or a free exchange for another model.
- Faulty products: free return or replacement at any time within 14 days, then covered by the 2-year warranty.
- Earbuds, screen protectors and opened cases cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
How to return
- Ask the shopping assistant or contact customer care with your order number.
- We book a free pickup from your address within 2 working days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
